Sale of Packing Paper
Packing
paper is simply newspaper that didn't get printed. For lightweight,
sensitive packing consider acid free tissue paper -- which we do not
include in our price list. For heavy duty packing consider using paper
furniture pads. (See below.)
The
packing paper we sell comes in sheets measuring, usually, about 24 by
30 inches. There are about 18 sheets in a pound. We sell our
paper in 2 different amounts -- 10 pounds, and 35 pounds. We sometimes
sell small bundles of random amounts of about 5 pounds. Prices are
shown below.
How much packing paper
do you need? Most people don't use near enough. A typical 3 bedroom
house requires 80 -- 100 pounds for good, safe packing.
We don't stock tissue, but you can special order ream or multi ream
quantities of all sorts of tissue from us at very low prices.
Prices are given in the lower table. These are probably the lowest prices in San Diego.
If you are packing large heavy items like framed pictures, brass lamps
or blenders, you might prefer to use paper furniture pads. Click here to go to our furniture pad price list.
